My friend send me an article, which worry me about the future of the copyrighted of our own creativity as an artist: Mind Your Business: You Will Lose All The Rights to Your Own Art
Mark Simon is mad as hell and, in this month's "Mind Your Business," he tells you why you should be too.
As it is, artists have to work really hard to get our works recognized, pay the bill and stay competitive. Can't imagine if we could lose the right to all our creations ...
Yesterday is my friends' birthday!! It was a fun party. I make two paper doll drawings to decorate her candle and make a quick sketch of the scene. The bottom piece is an very old concept drawing, I found while cleaning up my portfolio bag. It was for a TV production which never get made. The artworks is coptrighted by the studios.

Couldn't get the article to load...I've heard rumblings of this for about a year or so now...great idea with the cutouts...and like the sketch...I just saw a recent store started carrying plein air 'pens' and would like to give them a shot..it looks like you might use them in conjunction with microns???

Thank you. The black ink pens I use for drawing are a regular uni-ball ink pen from office depot actually ... I try microns before, but don't like it very much. Guess I am a bit too heavy handed and sometime careless ... they usually dry out on me or died on me quite quickly. After a while it gets expensive, so been using cheapy office depot pen for years now. ANd they work out great!! :P
