Frieden - the Tree of Peace (1997) First draft
Frieden - the Tree of Peace is drafted in 1997. My first film storyboard. The film was eventually donated to United Nations Children Fund for educational purposed.

It was a class storyboard assignment. I get the inspiration for a CD, which collects folk song from around the world, and during the time, the story also expressed my political opinion towards war events around the years. I will post more story about this film in the follow days. :) Stay toon, wish you will enjoy them.

Hey Alina! Lol, at first I was confused at to what was goin' on.. then I realized the boards are not in the right order! Cool lil story. I like! My mum has told me 'bout times where she had heard and seen bombs dropping. That is why I'm so grateful to be born in Canada. Great work. Ciao.

Hi Minty! Nice of you to allow Alina to post her beautiful artwork on your blog. I really like the way she uses watercolors to bring her work to life. Must admit though, that kid looks awful familiar..if only she had darker hair...and hey, where've you been lately Minty?! Just drop us all a quick note and let us know she hasn't gobbled you up! Maybe you can post some of your art too.
