Jorge,

Thank you.
I am working on studio project currently ... unfortunately work takes away too much time, so far not able to work on any personal film project yet. :P

Hey Alina -

All the free time work you post IS personal work. It is just as good as doing a film project. There are many pluses and minuses for doing a project in your spare time. Some minuses are:

-- It monopolizes your free time, and every moment you spend not doing it, you feel guilty. The balance is hard.

-- You don't have as much time to experiment or diversify your work. Anything extra again takes away from time on the project.

The reward is really just enjoying the process, and looking forward to the day it's done. :)

HA !! HA !! Pusha, I wouldn't worry about Minty's family extinction .... they reproduce themselves quite fast at the ice-cream factory!! LOL

Dave,

Sooo very true ... for now, I enjoy doing spontaneous still arts, and the freedom doing whatever whenever an idea come to mind. Making indi film needs much more focusing and ... it's difficult to make an elabrate project at work, and go home, do some more.

Sometime I have hard time mentally pull myself away the character role after work, and think about acting ideas for a completely different character immediately at home. :P

Wow Alina!! Very moving story. Especially the ending. I can imagine the poor children who have to live like this day by day. It's very sad. Thank God we are able to help and are helping as a nation and as indivuduals.

Ouh!

Looks so sad story, but if you read it from the end to the beginig looks a very happy story...
I supouse that this happens with any sad story...

Great stuff. I specially like your beautifull Illustration Friday - "Strength" and your colory sketches...and all your positives comments on my blog!

Best wishes.
