E=mc2 Storyboard

"E=mc2" is an animated film, I directed and produced after "Kite." It's a traditionally animated short, about 7 mins long. It's a creation myth inspired by contemporary science theories, like the Big Bang, Relativity and atomic laws. The narrator in the film is little Einstein. He is telling his little sister a myth, and the film is about this mythology. From script to screen, it took me about 2 years to complete.

Here is the storyboard of the film. This is actually what I called the color script. I used a black and white storyboard, while I was working on the story. After I nailed down the story, I color the board to figure out the mood and color design of each scene.
